RETURNS

All products purchased in the online store www.monday-artwork.com may be returned or exchanged on the basis of the Regulations. The customer may return the goods within 14 calendar days. The basis for recognition is the receipt and the intact label. Items must show no signs of use and must have original packaging. The customer need to send back the goods to the following address: Mokotowska 33, 00-561 Warsaw. The amount due is returned within 14 days in the same way as the purchase transaction was made. The customer returns the goods at his own expense.

COMPLAINTS

In the event of a complaint, it is necessary to describe the defect of the goods or product and the circumstances of finding the defect in the goods or product.

The Monday Artwork store has 14 working days to consider the complaint.
