SHIPPING

Orders to the EU are dispatched by DPD Poland courier, usually within 2-3 working days (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) of receipt of payment. Delivery time, from dispatch, should not exceed 2 working days within Poland, and 5 working days within the European Union. Rest of the world depending on foreign contractors.

The cost of shipping within Poland is 4 EURO
The cost of shipping within Europe is 18 EURO

The cost of shipping to other countries will be calculated when finalising the order, after completing the delivery details.

CURRENCY

Products are offered in two currencies – PLN and EUR. The change of currency takes place together with the change of the language version of the site.

PAYMENT METHODS

We currently support payment by credit card and e-transfer via DotPay.pl, VISA, MasterCard and cash on delivery. The cash on delivery payment option is only available in Poland.

SECURITY

The shop operates in a secure SSL connection. Credit card payments are handled by DotPay.pl and the Shop does not have access to Customers’ credit card details.

RETURNS
All products purchased from the online shop www.monday-artwork.com are eligible for return or exchange under the Terms and Conditions.The customer may return the goods within 14 calendar days.The basis for recognition is the receipt and an intact tag. The items must not have signs of use and must have the original packaging. The customer should send back the goods well protected at his/her own expense to the address: Mokotowska 33, 00-561 Warsaw. The amount due is refunded within 14 days in the same way the purchase transaction was carried out.

COMPLAINTS

In the case of complaints, it is necessary to describe the defect of the goods or product and the circumstances under which the defect was found. The Monday Artwork shop has 14 working days to handle complaints. If the complaint has to be sent to the manufacturer the waiting time to resolve the complaint is then dependent on the manufacturer’s regulations.
